1 cand inchid aparatul se blocheaza lentilele nu se mai retrag 2 butonul de zoom in-out se blocheaza pe zoom in 3 de multe ori imi spune ca nu se poate sa vad video pe ecran adica ce filmez

1. when I close the device is no longer withdraw, lens block 2. the zoom button in-out locks wen i zoom in mechanic . 3. many times appears on display can not play this file can not see video on the screen just pictures. These problems come and go. SORY my sony is dsc-wx7

It's not clear what the problem with the video playback is, but your main problem with the lens may need specialist repair.

You could try resetting the camera: switch it off, remove the battery, press and hold the shutter button for 30 seconds, replace the battery and switch on. If the problem persists, you should seek out a repair service in your country.
